About Tamara L. Young, ATC, OTC, M.Ed

Tammy YoungTammy has been a part of the University of Missouri team since November 2008. She is an athletic trainer with extensive experience within Sports Medicine. Prior to moving to the University, Tammy worked closely with orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists in the outpatient setting and with athletic team coverage. Tammy has diverse roles within the practice, including surgical and clinical assistant to Dr. Sherman, patient education and rehabilitation, and office management.
